From the moment we came to tour the apartment till we moved in, we had pleasant experience interacting with different people ... in the front office. Taje was very informative when she gave us the tour of the building and the neighborhood and very patient in answering all our questions. She made the process of signing the lease pain free. Gabbi was very communicative during our move from out of state. She called us to set up the appointment to get the keys ahead of time. She accompanied us to our apartment when we moved in. She was quick to respond to all our requests during and after the move. When we requested a couple of small maintenance issues, Edwin was very helpful. I love Windsor on the Lake! We truly feel at home here in so many ways. We had some issues with damage to our patio related ... to the construction company next door and the management at Windsor hopped right in to help and made the whole experience way better with them involved.
